That means ABSOLUTELY no extra charges for play time, cat litter, outdoor potty breaks, medications (if in pill/tablet form), treats, bedding, texts, pictures, or belly rubs! |

| * Guests are charged for day of arrival regardless of check-in time. Guests may check-in/check-out during either the AM or PM time frames, however we will need to know which time frame you’d prefer. This allows us to have your pet’s room ready at check-in, pack up belongings at check-out and to staff accordingly. Guests will not be charged for day of check-out if picked up during our AM hours, if picked-up during our PM hours, guests will be charged a 1/2 day rate. Early Departures: Once your pet is checked in, full payment is required at check-out for your entire reserved stay, even if your pet is picked up early. We accept Cash or Check only.
