Our kennel hours are reserved for clients checking in or checking out. To ensure we have time to answer all your questions, tours must be arranged in advance.


Check-ins/Check-outs offered 6 days a week (Including Sundays) between the following times:


8:30am-10:30am & 4:00pm-5:00pm


The office is closed on Wednesdays. If available, an appointment may be made in advance to check-in/check-out your pet, thismay incur an additional fee.

These hours do not indicate our "opening or closing times". They are strictly set aside for checking pets in and out. Emails & calls are answered throughout the day, if you do get our machine, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. We may be with a client and cannot get to the phone in time.


There will be no check-ins/check-outs available on the following holidays:


New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. Don't worry; we will still be providing excellent care to our guests as scheduled!

Our kennel is the temporary home for many animals for not just days, but for weeks, sometimes even months. We strive to make it as comfortable and stress free for them as possible. Since some have harder times adjusting than others, limiting the times of disruptions is very important for their comfort. Making sure everyone is settled in their rooms or cleaning up after a pet that has checked out takes time. Once this is done, we can start on our daily routines without interruption. Whether it is playing outside, sitting with a cat, bathing a dog, making a food/medicine run, cutting the grass, maintaining the grounds, or cleaning (we do that a lot) our most important customers are the furry ones! We are here beyond these times, but being available 7 days a week forces us to stay as scheduled and organized as possible. We have found that everyone has such different schedules and that most clients like the structure. Accommodating everyone’s jobs, family life and travel plans isn’t easy. For clients arriving early/late, a charge of 10$/per 15 minutes will be assessed at check-out (beyond a 15 minute grace period, if possible). If a courtesy call has not been made, guests will have to make other arrangements during regular hours. Thank you for understanding, your pet’s well-being is our top priority.


Allow 10-15 minutes for admitting and discharging your pet to our retreat. We intend to be as thorough as possible and we greatly appreciate your assistance and patience during these times. 


For everyone's safety, please keep all dogs on a leash while on the premises.
